The negligence of health workers has come to the fore at the Community Health Center (CHC) Mujehna. A newborn kept in oxygen was eaten by a wild animal. The family members allege that the child died due to the carelessness of the health workers. At the same time, doctors are saying that the newborn is born dead. On the complaint of a relative, a case of culpable homicide has been registered against unknown health workers. The DM has constituted a committee to investigate the matter.

CHC Superintendent Dr. Suman Mishra said that the newborn was born dead, even after giving information, the relatives did not take the dead body in the night. A case has been filed against unknown health workers. Necessary action will be taken after the post-mortem report is received. DM Dr. Ujjwal Kumar has constituted a committee to investigate the matter. The investigation has been entrusted to CDO Gaurav Kumar and CMO Dr. Rashmi Verma. Officials have reached CHC Mujehna for investigation.
