On the complaint of a relative, a case of culpable homicide has been registered against unknown health workers. The DM has constituted a committee to investigate the matter.

DM Dr. Ujjwal Kumar has constituted a committee to investigate the matter. The investigation has been entrusted to CDO Gaurav Kumar and CMO Dr. Rashmi Verma. Officials have reached CHC Mujehna for investigation.
